PEACE... It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

Welcome to Fairmount Associates, LLC

Fairmount Associates, LLC is a private psychotherapy practice and wellness support resource located at 26th and Brown Streets. Fairmount Associates provides services for individuals (adults, children and adolescents), couples, families and groups in a caring and comfortable setting with results oriented professionals.

Support and counseling services typically involve issues dealing with marriage, separation, and divorce; family and parenting; grief and loss; relationships, personal growth; chronic or life threatening illness of self, family member, or significant other; serious injury or physical disfigurement; substance abuse by family member; and domestic abuse, violence, and self esteem. Specific individual, independent psychotherapists specialize in educational and psychological assessments (for adults and children), and treating depression, grief, anxiety, bi-polar and other disorders.

Hypnosis and Energy Medicine therapeutic modalities are offered to address chronic pain, chronic illness, stress management, anger, anxiety, phobias and fears. Individual and group programs are offered for smoking cessation, weight loss, and using hypnosis for sports performance enhancement.

Motivational Speaking & Coaching: We offer a variety of fun, but oh-so-useful workshops and presentations to address common issues that we all face. These programs offer guidance for developing skills to address specific issues and to enrich your life and the life of those around you. These may relate to examining career paths and changes as you ponder new directions and options for your life; becoming a calm, more effective parent learning how to set and stick to reasonable boundaries and helping your child buy-into the negotiations; bringing the "Zing" back into your marriage or relationships, to name just a few. See the section under Programs and Workshops.

Behavioral Health Consultation is available for the design, development and implementation of Behavioral Health Programs, and development of Behavioral Health curriculum for training and staff development workshops.
